More pictures

This is my good friend Jodie's little girl Katie...they came over to babysit the kiddos while I got to spend some time with Christina. It was greatly appreciated and greatly needed! I am really blessed to have such good friends! The rest are just some pictures Dean got of the kids this weekend while he was home...he got some great shots! Most of them are self explanatory...the first one is a great shot of my goofy girl! What a great smile!

Grandma Dawn Visits

Dean's step-mom recently visited from Florida and we had a great visit! It went fast, but we had a good time and did a lot of fun stuff! We took a trip to the beach one day and had the best weather ever over there! We did some shopping at the outlet mall and then spent a little bit of time on the beach. The kids weren't that impressed with the beach though...they will learn to appreciate it I am sure! This is Dawn and Aubrey walking to the beach.The kids on the beach...the only shot I got of them that didn't involve crying! Oh well, like I said, they will appreciate it someday! Aubrey in her new dress that Grandma Dawn brought from Florida.We don't get to see Dean's brother's kids very often, so this was a special day for them to get to play with their cousins Brittany (on the couch) and Bethany (on the floor). They actually did a good job of sharing the toys and Grandma Cheryl...something they aren't used to doing! Spencer in his new shades that Grandma Cheryl got him. He actually keeps his on...Aubrey not so much! I am hoping she gets over that though and starts wearing them. We brought out the little pink car that Cheryl has and they loved it! Spencer is just too cool with his shades on and a pink car...nothing better!Aubrey loved to get pushed by her cousin Brittany..it was sweet.That smile says it all.She is pretty cute in there too! Spencer decided that he wanted to push is sister in the car too...so he started on his feet...slowly dropped to his knee...both knees now. Notice how good Aubrey is at backing up...looking behind her to make sure she isn't going to hit one of the dogs, what a good driver!Then the car got away from him and he went down on all fours...and his sister just laughed!
Spencer isn't quite walking yet, but is getting closer every day. He took a little stroll with his Grandma Dawn's help.

Catching up

It has been a long while since I have been here...but we have Internet at home again so I will try to keep up better now! These are some random pictures from the past month. This is his first homemade chocolate chip cookie...he really did like it, the expression on his face has everything to do with him being "busy" when the picture was taken. Had I known I would have given him privacy to finish what he was working on! Aubrey liked her cookie too!
Easter after church. They wouldn't both look at me at the same time, but this was the best of all the ones I took.

Dean with our two and the two I babysit during the week. They all LOVE him...they were all happy when he was laid off for so long!

The first sunny day we had this spring...they are getting used to being outside more as the weather gets nicer.

Spencer in his crib one morning before we got rid of the pacifiers. He was slapping his hand on the tv tray that has the humidifier on it...needless to say the tray has been moved out of reach!

Spencer and his Grandma Cheryl at her square dance club's birthday dance. It is the only one that happens during the day, so we brought the kids by for her to show them off!
