Happy March!
I can't believe that it is March already! Seems like yesterday it was January and I was still pregnant! Things are going good with us here...lots of feedings and diapers and little sleep, but I am loving it! Aubrey is still my good eater and is growing fast to prove it, but struggles with her sleep! She is a great sleeper as long as she is being held...put her down and she wakes up! It is getting a little better and we are keeping her up more during the day now, so the I get at least 3 hours in a row from her at night, which is nice. Spencer continues to struggle with eating, but that is getting better too. We switched to a soy formula and put him on Zantac for the reflux and he is a much happier baby now. He still spits-up quite a bit, but is growing fast too. Dean got on the scale with him over the weekend and he was 10 lbs! I don't know how accurate that is, but we are going to their 2 month appointment on Wednesday so I will have an actual number then. While he struggles with the feeding, he has the sleeping down! He will sleep between 4 and 5 hours most nights. Dean's mom has been helping us out during the week so I am able to get more sleep with the extra set of hands to get the second baby! I love watching them grow and change, but I am really looking forward to when they sleep through the night!! In other news, we moved again! We are back in our house in Salem. The renters we had flaked out and stopped paying the rent, so we decided that it would be the smartest move to just pay the penalty to get out of the lease and move back to the house. It is probably a good thing that it went this way because in the three short months that they were in here they didn't take very good care of things and it is going to take us a while to find and fix it all. But, we are glad to be back and getting settled, although it is taking forever with two little ones. Speaking of the little ones, Aubrey is waking up and about to voice her displeasure with being in her swing!

More pictures
Valentine's Day and Grandma Dawn's visit
I have been meaning to post these pictures all week and just haven't had any time! But, thankfully I have Dean helping all night tonight, so I have a minute to blog! Hope you all had a wonderful Valentine's Day! We all send our love to you!
Here is Aubrey in her Valentine's Day jammies sitting up in her boppy. I took Spencer's boppy and used it as a back for her to sit. She did pretty good, but isn't quite strong enough to support her head for very long. I had to be quick!
Here is Spencer in his Valentine's Day outfit. He had such a funny look on his face...almost like he wasn't happy about it being Valentine's Day!
Here are all of our kids. Buster was minding his own business on the couch when his Dad put those darn babies down next to him! He is actually really good with the babies and likes to check on them to make sure they are ok.
This is Dean's step-mom Dawn who recently visited from Florida.

First night with a babysitter
Tonight was Dean and my 9 year anniversary and my good friends Jodie and Amanda offered to babysit for us so Dean and I could go to dinner. We had a great time, although it was a bit tough for me to leave them home. They were in great hands and it was good for us to get out.
Jodie has Spencer (above) and Amanda has Aubrey (below). Jodie's daughter, Katie is next to Amanda.
Together time in the crib
We put both babies in the crib last night before feeding them again. They were pretty cute, but we became aware pretty quickly that feeding was a must as they both were "looking for something" and came pretty close to sucking the nose of the other one! Of course before we fed them we had to take pictures!

Bethany's first birthday
2 week check-up
The babies had their two week check-up on Monday and they both looked great! Aubrey is up to 6lbs 5.5 oz and Spencer is up to 6lbs 1oz. I am thrilled with that! Spencer has had some trouble with spitting up and sometimes it seems like he spits up his entire meal, but obviously he is getting something because he keeps growing! I can't believe that they are already 2 weeks old...on one hand it feels like I have been taking care of them for forever, but then it seems like yesterday that we were in the hospital too. I have to say that I am enjoying every moment and while I would love to have a full nights sleep, I wouldn't trade this for anything in the world!
