Our first trip to Klamath Falls

We were brave enough to try a trip down to Klamath Falls to visit Mom and Dad. The babies actually did a good job travelling in the car. They even slept through the night both nights, which was a nice surprise! We discovered that it wasn't as hard as we thought it would be to take them on an overnight journey, so we will probably be going to visit them more often.

This is my new great-niece Brailey. She is just under a month younger than the twins. It was our first time seeing her...she is very cute! I hope to go down there to see her enough that she is close to our little ones as they grow up together.

The weather was so nice down in Klamath Falls we had a BBQ on Saturday night and when the sun went behind the house and we had some shade, we put them all on a blanket and let them hang out.

Happy Mother's Day...Late

I had a wonderful 1st Mother's Day...relaxing and lots of time with friends and family. Here are some of the pictures of the weekend. For my gift, Dean took the kids to Create A Memory and made me a bowl with thier hand and footprints inside. He said he had a great time and wants to do it again!

Here are pictures of the babies room with the new paint and the border up. It is hard to see, but there is 2 pink walls and 2 blue walls. It turned out so cute...thanks Aunt Geri for the suggestion! I love the way it looks!! They love their new rooms too, they lay in the bed and stare up at their names...very cute.

I went in the other morning to check on the babies and found Aubrey completely turned around in her crib. We put them on the sleep positioners and she scooted off hers and flipped around in the bed...crazy girl! :)

Spencer was the first one to try to roll over. I put him at the farm and then went into the kitchen to get the bottles ready and when I came back in he was on his side! He didn't make it all the way over but he is starting! She as done it too, but I haven't caught it on camera yet.

We miss the Aunties already!!

Well, we had a great visit with Aunt Geri and Aunt Cathy...we miss them already! It was nice to have them out here...anyone else who is going to be in the neighborhood come visit!! We like company! Here are more pictures from our time together.

Playtime at the farm. Aunt Cathy and Aunt Geri babysat while Dean and I went to dinner. As much as I love getting away, I miss them like crazy when I go!

Day 1 with the Aunties!

We are loving the time we have with the Aunties that are visiting from Wisconsin! What a blessing to have family that is so full of love! The babies are getting spoiled with all kinds of love and attention...they won't want boring old Mommy anymore! I guess we will have to get out more and visit with everyone so they don't get cranky! :) We also started to feed them a little bit of cereal so they would maybe last a little longer between feedings. They did pretty good for their first time...Spencer wasn't so sure he is a fan of eating...but Aubrey did great. We will keep working on it and I am sure he will join the club soon too!

We have had these robes since my shower and have never put them on before...they are cute but not very practical...but that is half the fun!

Sleeping through the night!!!

Just thought I would share really quick that we have had three nights in a row with BOTH babies sleeping through the night! I am thrilled!! It just kind of started and I thought it was a fluke, but it has happened every night since! I am wondering if they know that they are getting company from Wisconsin soon and want to be on their best behavior! :) I just hope it continues...I am getting used to sleeping in my bed again! The pictures are from this last weekend. We had a busy day on Sunday visiting Dean's brother and then we stopped by the square dance that Dean's mom and step-dad were at for them to show off the babies. It was not only a long day of in and out of the car, but it was hot too...so by the time we got home both babies were over tired, hot, and cranky! They ended up passing out on the blanket under the ceiling fan.

This is Buster taking advantage of the pillow left on the couch from me sleeping out there when I was getting up with the babies. We were playing on the floor and I looked over and saw this...too cute! He has been really good with the babies and has adjusted pretty good to not getting all the attention anymore.

Happy Easter

Spencer was so smiley after his bath the other night...until I got the camera out and then it was strictly business again! But he still wasn't crying and that is always worth a picture!

We dressed up in the Easter gear on Saturday for Dean's birthday...she looked so cute! Although, I am glad we only had one girl because if I had to try to wrestle on 2 sets of baby tights, my girls wouldn't be dressed up very often!Here is my little man in his Easter best. He looks so grown up in the sweater vest! Too cute to see him in "big boy" clothes.
And together...of course no smile from Spencer!

A few minutes after we got to the bowling alley, Spencer was fast asleep.
And then after some looking around and checking the place out, Aubrey was quick to follow!

First walk in the park!

We took our first walk in the park today...they really could have cared less, but it was nice to get out in the sunshine after a few weeks of rain! We love the stroller Eric got us and use it all the time...don't know what we would do without it! Anyway, here are some pictures from the other day just hanging out at home and some of the walk.
