Monkeys, Shopping, and Tricks!!

I wish I had some pictures from Dean's first Father's day, but I am a horrible wife and mother! Well, not really, we just had a relaxing day at his parents house and I ended up taking a nap with Aubrey for over an hour...it was nice! Here are some pictures of the babies in their matching onesies that Dean's mom got them before they were born and we thought that it would take forever for them to fit into them...well forever is here! Dean weighed them the other night and Spencer was a whopping 16 lbs 13 oz and Aubrey was a svelte 15 lbs 13 oz...give or take! He feels like a pound shy of a ton...but he is my little chunky monkey and I love it! :) The other picture is of Aubrey shopping at Ikea. She was getting fussy in the stroller so I thought I would try to put her in the cart...I had to hold her up to keep her steady, but she loved the view!
Here is video of Spencer's new trick of rolling over. He still hasn't figured out how to roll back and gets frustrated after too long on his tummy, but he will roll over almost every time he is on his back. I say almost because of course when I wanted to catch it on video he would just lay there on his back and suck on his hand!

Here is Aubrey's new trick...she has perfected the raspberry and LOVES to do it all the time! (Again, except when she sees me with the camera.) I ended up missing the second half of church on Sunday because she kept doing it over and over...while funny and cute, it is a bit distracting when the pastor is trying to preach! Of course as soon as I took her out and walked around with her, she stopped! Oh well...now if we can get her to roll over we will be just that much closer to crawling!!

I love the trick! What talented twins. They are so adorable. Aubrey is a champion raspberry producer! And it sure didn't take Spencer long to turn over. He'll be going back and forth in no time. And then when they start to crawl - you'll remember the days they stayed where you put them.
Thanks for sharing! I love to watch them grow.

Love you all,
Aunt Cathy
